There was a question: Is all the destruction in world the will of God?
This is quite an interesting topic. And if you would remember what the LORD said to satan in:
Job 2:6 And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life.
By this it appears that if a man dies, it means that God has permitted it. And I agree that death is a judgment of God. But look here:
Rom 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.
If you remember, the Bible says that death came into the world by the transgression of Adam. But why did death reign only up to Moses? Because death ceased to reign (at least in the house of Israel) when the Covenant of the Law was given to Moses. Because the law, through the sacrifices provided shelter for them against the consequences of sin. Remember the passover lamb. Remember the blood on the door posts of the Israelites. God said when He sees the blood, He will passover that house and He will suffer not the destroyer to enter that house. But everyone outside, died.
How much more now that the final atoning sacrifice which is the Blood of the New Covenant already covers us? Remember this: That day when you received the Lord Jesus Christ, you were painted red by His blood and death has ceased to reign over your life, and the promises of God to you abound such as what is written in:
Jer 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
